How we ship
We ship by air, sea or road, whichever you prefer. Fast air cargo and express courier for urgent orders, sea freight for volume, trucks to Europe and Central Asia. We quote shipping per destination, because the cost depends on weight, volume, route and the terms you choose.

These are general comparisons. We give you real prices and options when we quote your order.
Air freight
Air is the right choice for samples, small first orders and stock lots you need quickly. For a few lots, express courier delivers door to door in a few days to most countries. For larger air shipments we work with air cargo to your nearest airport, and you or your customs broker clear the goods there.
Sea freight
Sea freight makes sense once your order fills a good part of a container, or when you place regular production orders. We ship from Istanbul ports in shared container loads (LCL) for medium orders or full containers (FCL) for large ones. A common setup is sea freight for production orders and air for urgent top-ups.
Road freight
Trucks run regularly from Istanbul to most of Europe, the Balkans, the Caucasus and Central Asia. Road is often a good balance between price and speed for buyers in Germany, the Netherlands, Romania, Serbia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
Your forwarder or ours
You can choose either way:
- Your forwarder: we pack the goods, prepare the documents and hand the shipment to your forwarder in Istanbul. Many importers prefer this because they already have rates and a customs broker.
- Our partners: we arrange transport through our logistics partners and quote it with your order, either to your port or airport or door to door.
Tell us in your first message which you prefer. If you are not sure, we can quote both.
Export documents
We prepare the standard export documents for each shipment:
- Commercial invoice
- Packing list with cartons, models, sizes and quantities
- Certificate of origin, when required for your country
- Export declaration from Turkey
Some destinations ask for extra documents, for example specific origin certificates for trade agreements or pre-shipment inspection for certain African and Middle Eastern countries. Tell us your destination early and we will check the requirements with you or your broker. Import duties and taxes in your country are paid on your side, unless we agree otherwise in the quote.
Packing options
How suits are packed affects both how they arrive and what shipping costs. The options are:
- Folded in garment bags: each suit in its own garment bag, folded into strong export cartons. This is the most compact option and the standard for air and sea.
- On hangers: if you want suits ready for the shop floor, we can pack them on hangers. Tell us when you order.
- Your branding: for private label orders, suits are packed in your printed garment bags with your hangtags.
Cartons are marked with model codes, sizes, quantities and your order reference. Wholesale lots are packed together so each lot can be received and checked as one unit.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship by air, sea and road from Istanbul, whichever you prefer, and quote each destination separately.
How long does shipping take?
It depends on the method and destination. Air is fastest, road is in between, and sea is slowest but cheapest for large volumes. We give you an estimate with the shipping quote.
Can I use my own freight forwarder?
Yes. We hand the goods and export documents to your forwarder in Istanbul.
Who pays import duties?
Import duties and taxes in your country are normally paid by the buyer. We supply the documents your broker needs.
Can you send photos before shipping?
Yes. We send photos or video of your goods during production and before dispatch, so you can check them before they leave Istanbul. Buyers are also welcome to visit the factory.
