What we produce
We make two-piece suits, three-piece suits and tuxedos in extended sizes for retailers who serve big and tall customers. As a big and tall suits manufacturer, we adjust the pattern for larger sizes, not only the measurements. A plus size suit needs more room in the chest, waist and seat, and a different balance in the jacket, or it will pull and crease.
How we fit larger sizes
Simply grading a slim pattern up to a 4XL or 6XL rarely gives a good fit. For big and tall made-to-order runs we:
- Grade the pattern with extra allowance through the waist and seat for bigger sizes
- Adjust jacket length and sleeve length for taller customers
- Check the largest sizes as samples before bulk production
- Use classic or modern fits, which give more ease than slim fit
Our pattern work is done in CAD by our in-house team, so these changes are planned per size rather than applied as a single rule.

Wool blends are the most practical fabric for extended sizes: they hold their shape, resist creasing and are easy to care for. All jackets are lined in 100% viscose. See fabrics.
Sizes
Many of our stock models already reach EU 58 (UK and US 48, roughly 4XL). For made-to-order runs we produce extended sizes up to 6XL, around EU 62. Tell us the largest sizes you sell and we will confirm the range for each model.

Lots and minimum order
- From stock: standard lots cover EU 46 to 56 or 58. Stores that focus on larger customers often choose models in the 46-58 or 48-58 runs. Wholesale suits
- Made to order: 100 units per style, with the size breakdown you need, for example weighted to EU 54-62. Production typically takes 12-15 days after sample approval. Private label
For a dedicated extended size range, made-to-order is the better route, because you choose exactly which large sizes to produce and how many of each.
