Ordering and MOQ
What is your minimum order?
From stock, the minimum is one lot of one model, usually 6 or 7 suits. For made-to-order production under your brand, the minimum is 100 units per style.
What is a lot?
A lot is one model in a full size run, one suit per size. For example, EU 46-48-50-52-54-56 is a 6-suit lot, and many tuxedos come in 7-suit lots from EU 46 to 58. The run of each model is listed in the collections.
Can I mix models in one order?
Yes. You can order as many different models as you like, as long as each model is ordered in full lots.
Do you sell single suits to individuals?
No. We work with businesses only and don't sell single suits or make one-off tailored pieces. The smallest order is one lot.
How do I get a price?
Send us the model codes and quantities on WhatsApp or Telegram. We quote each model, because price depends on model, fabric, quantity and branding.
Private label and OEM
What is the difference between private label and OEM?
With private label, you start from our models and customize them under your brand. With OEM, you send your own tech pack or sample garment and we produce it to your specifications. See private label and OEM.
What can I customize?
Fabric, colour, fit, lapel, lining, buttons, pockets and other details, plus woven labels, care labels, hangtags, garment bags and cartons.
Do I need a tech pack to start?
No. Reference photos, one of our model codes or a sample garment is enough. If you have a tech pack, send it, as it speeds up sampling.
Do you make samples before bulk production?
Yes, for new models, fabrics or fits. Our in-house team makes the sample, you approve it, and bulk production starts only after approval. Sample cost and timing are included in the quote.
Will you sell my design to other buyers?
No. We produce your design to your specs and don't sell it to other customers.
Production and quality
How long does production take?
Made-to-order production typically takes 12-15 days after sample approval and order confirmation. It depends on quantity, model and fabric availability, and we confirm it in each quote.
What is your production capacity?
More than 1,000 suits per day.
Which certifications do you have?
Our production is ISO 9001 certified, and we work with OEKO-TEX Standard 100 fabrics.
How do you check quality?
Suits are checked during cutting and sewing and again before packing: measurements, seams, lining, pressing, buttons and labels. Production is tracked in our ERP system. We can send photos or video of your goods before shipping.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes. Buyers are welcome to visit the factory in Istanbul. Message us to arrange a date. If you can't travel, we send photos and video from production and before shipping.
Shipping and payment
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, by air, sea and road from Istanbul. We quote shipping per destination. See shipping.
How long does shipping take?
It depends on the method and destination. Air is fastest, sea is cheapest for large volumes, and road is a good middle option for Europe and Central Asia. We give you an estimate with the quote.
Can I use my own forwarder?
Yes. We hand the goods and export documents to your forwarder in Istanbul, or arrange transport through our partners.
What are your payment terms?
Payment terms are agreed per order, depending on the order type and size. We confirm them before the order confirmation.
Who pays customs duties?
Import duties and taxes in your country are normally paid by the buyer. We prepare the commercial invoice, packing list and other export documents your broker needs.
Products
What types of suits do you make?
Two-piece and three-piece suits, double-breasted suits, tuxedos and dinner jackets, wedding and ceremony suits, linen summer suits and big and tall suits. See men's suit manufacturing.
Which fits do you offer?
Slim, modern and classic fits. Most of our tuxedos and occasion suits are slim fit.
What fabrics do you use?
Mainly wool blends, plus premium wool, jacquard, velvet, linen blends, sequin and embellished fabrics. Jackets are lined in 100% viscose. See fabrics.
What sizes do you produce?
Our stock lots cover EU 46 to 56 or 58. Made-to-order runs can go beyond that for big and tall ranges. See the size guide for EU, UK and US conversion.
Are prices published on the website?
No. Prices depend on model, fabric, quantity and branding, so we quote every order individually on WhatsApp.
