# Private label suit manufacturing

We produce men's suits, tuxedos and wedding suits under your brand name. You choose the model, fabric, fit and trims, we make it in our Istanbul factory and ship it with your labels and packaging.

## What private label means here

Private label means we manufacture the suits and they reach your customers with your brand on them. Your name goes on the woven neck label, the hangtag and the garment bag. Our name does not appear anywhere on the product.

You can start from one of our existing models and change the fabric, colour and details, or you can send us your own design. If you have full technical specifications with measurements and construction details, that is closer to [OEM manufacturing](/oem-suit-manufacturing). Most of our private label buyers work from our base models, because the patterns are already tested and graded.

## What you can customize

Almost everything on the suit can be changed. These are the points buyers usually decide on:

- **Model:** two-piece, three-piece with waistcoat, double-breasted, tuxedo, dinner jacket
- **Fit:** slim, modern or classic
- **Fabric and colour:** wool blends, jacquards, linen blends, velvet, satin-trimmed fabrics and more (see [fabrics](/fabrics))
- **Lapel:** notch, peak or shawl, with or without satin facing
- **Lining:** colour and print; our standard lining is 100% viscose
- **Buttons:** metal, covered, or your own branded buttons
- **Details:** pocket style, vents, pick stitching, contrast trims, trouser finish
- **Branding:** woven labels, care labels, hangtags, garment bags and cartons
- **Size range:** which EU sizes to produce and how many of each

If you are unsure about any of these, tell us where you sell and at what price point. We will suggest a combination that fits that market.

## Minimum order: 100 units per style

The MOQ for private label production is 100 units per style. A style is one model in one fabric and colour. You can spread those 100 units across the size range you need, for example more 50 and 52 and fewer 46 and 58.

If 100 units is too many for a first order, you can test your market with our [ready-stock wholesale lots](/wholesale-suits) first. Lots ship with our standard labels and start from 6 or 7 suits per model.

## What to send us

The more you send at the start, the faster the quote. A useful first message includes:

- Your company name and country
- Reference photos, sketches or a tech pack
- Model codes from our [collections](/collections) if you are starting from our models
- Fabric preference, or a fabric swatch you want us to match
- Quantity per style and the size breakdown
- Your label and packaging artwork, or a description of what you need
- Destination and how you want to ship

A tech pack is welcome but not required. Many buyers send three or four photos and a target price, and we build the specification together.

## Sampling

We make a sample before bulk production when you are ordering a new model, a new fabric or a new fit. You check the sample for fit, fabric handle, finishing and branding, and send us your comments. If changes are needed, we make a second sample.

Samples are made by our in-house pattern and sampling team. Sample cost and timing are quoted with the order, because they depend on the model and whether the fabric is in stock. If you are reordering a style we have already produced for you, a new sample is usually not needed.

## Timeline

Production typically takes 12-15 days after the sample is approved and the order is confirmed. The exact time depends on quantity, model complexity and fabric availability. A plain two-piece in a stock fabric moves faster than an embellished tuxedo in a fabric we need to buy in.

| Stage | What happens | Who decides timing |
|---|---|---|
| Quote | Price and lead time per model and quantity | We reply within 24 hours on business days |
| Sample | Pattern, cutting, sewing of the sample | Depends on model and fabric |
| Approval | You check fit, fabric and branding | You |
| Production | Cutting, sewing, pressing, finishing | Typically 12-15 days |
| QC and packing | Final inspection, labels, bags, cartons | Included in our schedule |
| Shipping | Air, sea or road to your destination | Quoted per destination |

We give you a lead time for your specific order in the quote, not a general promise.

## How the process works

1. **Enquiry.** You send us your idea, references and quantities on WhatsApp or Telegram.
2. **Quote.** We reply with price per unit, MOQ, sample cost and lead time.
3. **Sample.** We produce the sample and send photos, then ship it to you if you want to check it in hand.
4. **Approval and order.** You approve the sample and the size breakdown. Payment terms are agreed per order.
5. **Production.** We cut and sew in our own factory, with production tracked in our ERP system.
6. **Quality control.** Suits are checked during sewing and again before packing.
7. **Packing and shipping.** Each suit goes into your garment bag with your hangtag, then into cartons for shipping.

## Branding and packaging

Your branding is what turns our production into your product. We can supply or apply:

- **Woven neck labels** with your logo, made to your artwork
- **Size and care labels** in the languages you need for your market
- **Hangtags** with your logo, and with barcodes or price fields if you supply them
- **Garment bags** printed with your brand
- **Hangers** and **cartons** marked to your instructions

You can also send us your own labels and bags, and we will attach them during production. Tell us early which option you want, because printed trims need to be ready before sewing starts.

## Quality and certifications

Our production is ISO 9001 certified and we work with OEKO-TEX Standard 100 fabrics. Patterns are drafted in CAD, and we use 3D prototyping to check a new model before we cut fabric. The same quality checks apply to private label orders and our own stock.

## Who uses our private label service

Our private label buyers are mostly menswear retailers, online menswear brands, wedding and formalwear shops, and distributors who want an exclusive line. We supply buyers across [Europe](/markets/europe), [Africa](/markets/africa), the [Middle East](/markets/middle-east), [Central Asia](/markets/central-asia) and [North America](/markets/north-america).

We work with businesses only. If you need one or two suits for yourself, we can't help, as the smallest private label order is 100 units per style.

## FAQ

### What is the minimum order for private label suits?

The minimum is 100 units per style, where a style is one model in one fabric and colour. You can split the 100 units across sizes as you need.

### Can I use my own fabric?

Yes. You can send us your fabric, or send a swatch and we will source the closest match. Fabric we buy for you is quoted in the unit price.

### Do I need a tech pack?

No. Reference photos, a model code from our catalog or a sample garment is enough to start. If you have a tech pack, send it, as it speeds up sampling.

### How long does private label production take?

Production typically takes 12-15 days after sample approval and order confirmation. Sampling time comes before that and depends on the model and fabric.

### Will my labels be the only brand on the suit?

Yes. Private label suits carry your labels, hangtags and packaging. We do not add our own brand to them.

### How much does a private label suit cost?

Price depends on the model, fabric, quantity and branding. Send us your references and quantities on WhatsApp and we will quote each model.
